Where ir my order?
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number eg: #2222 and subject: We have received your order at BABBAKI!
When the order has left our warehouse you will receive an email from the transport company DHL for international or customer.service@shipius.com for national orders with the shipment reference code and the link to be able to track the shipment and even modify some delivery information.
How can I change or return an order online?
You have a period of 14 days to make the return.
To process the return or exchange of an item in Spain, you can request the pick-up through the following link: https://go.ifreturns.com/es/babbaki
Please note that the cost of pick-up will be deducted from the refund, in Spain the cost is around €5.
If your order is international you must send us an email to hola@babbaki.com informing of your return and send us the clothes like you received them and in its original box.
If you are in Barcelona, you can make the return directly to our physical store.
How and when I will received my refund ?
Refunds are made in the same payment method of the purchase.
In store: it is usually immediate, otherwise it may take up to 48 hours (working days) to process the return and confirm your refund.
Pick-up or own sending: when we receive your package at our warehouse, after checking the items, we manage the refund in a maximum of 48 hours (working days) you will receive the amount in your account within a period of 3 to 12 working days depending on your bank.
