Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number. All orders are fully traceable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) or make an exchange within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.

In periods of high volume of work and holidays there may be delays in delivery times. The RESPONSIBLE is not responsible for the delay.

Order tracking information:

Once the order has been shipped, the transport companies will send you a confirmation email with a link to track the order.

The RESPONSIBLE is responsible for the package until it leaves our offices. From that moment, it is the courier companies that are responsible for the package and the shipment. For our part, we will facilitate the management of any incident.

Shipping restrictions:
Please make sure that the address and information provided in the shipment are correct. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping address: If you have placed your order providing an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to solve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

The RESPONSIBLE is not responsible for incidents with the delivery address provided.



The Batik & Co SCP Guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper use by the client, specifically it does not cover:

Damage due to loss or theft.

Wear caused by improper use, lack of care (chlorine, saltpeter, alcohol, perfumes) or accidents.”

The RESPONSIBLE will not make effective any guarantee right that is not accompanied by the purchase ticket or order number.


Indications for changes and returns:

• The products must be sent in perfect condition, with their original box and/or bag, label, together with the accessories if the garment has them, and cannot be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.

• The CONTROLLER will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The money will be refunded by the same payment method with which the purchase was made, or if you wish by means of a discount coupon that you can apply on our website.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received.


The currency that appears on is in EURO. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that the customer must pay.
